Back to things I’ve built

Chief of Staff

A morning dashboard built around how I like to work: one client at a time.

Workflow design & implementationDaily useHuman judgment throughout

Why I built it

I’m a ClickUp power user, but I couldn’t get my setup to show work in the way I wanted to tackle it. I prefer to get into a client’s context and stay there, rather than keep switching between accounts. Important information was also spread across meetings, Slack and my inbox.

How I use it

The dashboard brings those inputs together each morning. It separates account management from content production and highlights work waiting on me. After our CEO said he needed something similar, I made it user-agnostic and packaged a downloadable version with a short setup. The priorities still need my judgment; gathering the context takes less manual effort.
